A Missouri appeals court has upheld an eight-year first-degree involuntary manslaughter sentence against semi driver Admir Kulovac after a fatal I-44 construction-zone crash. The court found evidence of speed, miles of warning signs and no apparent braking supported a finding of criminal recklessness.
